Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 7, 2026
Curly Dog Studios LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us through our contact form, email or text messages: your name, email address, phone number and your message.
- If you buy on Etsy, Etsy handles your payment and shares only what we need to deliver your order (such as your name and email). Etsy's own privacy policy covers what Etsy collects.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited, collected by our website platform.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and support your orders.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive.
- To improve our products and website.
Text messages
We only text you if you agreed to it. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business (such as our website, email and texting providers, and Etsy for orders), and only as needed to do that work, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Children
Our website and products are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
